That's it. That's all there is to it. 

Loving yourself leads to loving others

I am choosing me now

-I challenge you to wake up every morning and tell yourself you're choosing you

-I challenge you to look in the mirror and tell yourself you look good

Tell yourself you're proud of you. You are proud of the way you look, proud of how far you've come. For making it through another day, getting a goal in your last game, getting a good grade in that class, eating 3 full meals, going to the gym even when you were tired, taking time to relax, smiling, staying positive, and being vulnerable. You are proud of you simply because if you're not proud of yourself, how can you ever rely on somebody else to be proud of you? It all starts with you

Let you never forget- this is not your "test life." This is no practice life to prepare you for the one that's coming next

This is it. This is all we've got. Why spend your life not loving yourself? It's all you've got!!! Think about it!!!

Make it count. Love yourself even on the hardest days. Tell yourself you're proud of you.
