At Faded Moon, every custom project is a fully collaborative process designed to bring your vision to life. Whether you’re creating merchandise for a business, brand, team, Greek life, school, sports organization, wedding, or bachelorette event, we’re here to make it easy.

Share your details, inspiration, and event needs in our custom request form. - We’ll Reach Out
Once you submit the form, our team will contact you directly to begin the design process. - Design Together
We’ll collaborate with you to create a custom design. If you don’t have a vision yet, our team can provide mood boards and ideas to get started. - Confirm Quantities & Timeline
After the design is finalized, you’ll share your estimated order quantity and deadline. Production takes about 2–3 weeks, and then your order will ship in bulk directly to the address you provide.

Please allow 3-6 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
Yes! We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. FADED MOON does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.
WHY DOES MY LABEL SHOW "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
At times USPS and UPS do not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.
TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts.
TRACKING A PACKAGE
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of our hands and all we can do is check the tracking number which we have already provided you with.
