Share your details, inspiration, and event needs in our custom request form. - We’ll Reach Out
Once you submit the form, our team will contact you directly to begin the design process. - Design Together
We’ll collaborate with you to create a custom design. If you don’t have a vision yet, our team can provide mood boards and ideas to get started. - Confirm Quantities & Timeline
After the design is finalized, you’ll share your estimated order quantity and deadline. Production takes about 2–3 weeks, and then your order will ship in bulk directly to the address you provide.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
Please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been packed and shipped. If your item is marked as a Pre-Order, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by country and by the weight of your order. Faded Moon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders, as these are determined by local authorities and vary by country. While we do our best to mark packages as gifts or low value when possible, we cannot guarantee avoidance of customs fees. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent by Shopify’s payment system.
WHY DOES MY LABEL SHOW “PRE-SHIPMENT”?
At times, USPS or UPS may not scan packages immediately upon pickup. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED,” BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE
Once a package has been marked as Delivered, we are unfortunately unable to intervene. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly to inquire further about the package’s location.
TRACKING A PACKAGE
Once your order leaves our warehouse, all shipping updates are handled directly by USPS or UPS. At that point, we are only able to reference the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
